Creating a New Sort Criterion
Use this procedure to create a new sort criterion.
To create a new sort criterion:

Take any of the following actions:
- On the Tools tab, click Sorts.
- On the Edit tab, click Manage from the Sorts tab.
- In the Sorts dialog box, click New to display the New Sort dialog box.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the new sort.
- From the Applies to Table list, select a table to which the sort will apply.
- Click OK.
- In the Sort Expression dialog box, enter the sort expression using the Field and Order columns.
- When you finish entering the sort expression, click OK.
