Add a Child Resource

Use the Resource Details dialog box to add a child resource.

To add a child resource:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a Resource View.
2. In the resource view, right-click the resource pool to which you want to add a child, and click Add Child on the shortcut menu.
   If you add a child to a normal resource, Open Plan automatically converts the resource to a resource pool.
3. In the Resource Details dialog box, enter the information for the resource.
4. When the information is complete, click Close.
