Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Microsoft Project Export Wizard

Use the Microsoft Project Export Wizard to export data to a Microsoft Project .mpp file or to Microsoft Project Server.

The Microsoft Project Export Wizard includes the following pages:

  • Export Type and Method Page: Use this page to select an export type and to specify whether the system should use Microsoft Project Standard/Professional or Microsoft Project Server to perform the export.
  • Project Page: Use this page to save the project you are exporting in Microsoft Project format.
  • Options Page: Use this page to set the options that Open Plan will use when exporting a project into MSP.
  • Export Complete Page: This page displays at the end of the wizard and lets you know whether the export completed successfully, completed with errors, or was aborted.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons that display at the bottom of each page.

Button Description
Back This button is disabled since this is the first page of the wizard.
Next Click this button to display the next page of the wizard.
Cancel Click this button to cancel the export process.
Help Click this button to display the Open Plan help file.
