There are several ways to assign a view to a project. - Favorite Views
After assigning a predefined or a custom view to a project, you can use the Add to Favorites button to designate the view as your favorite. - Deleting Views
You can delete a view in two ways. - Custom Symbols
You can include custom symbols in many Open Plan Views. For example, you can use a custom symbol for the left and right end of a bar type in a barchart view, or you can include a custom logo in the title block of a printed report. - Customizing the Date Scale
Open Plan enables you to define the components of the date scale on the barchart and histogram views. - Explanatory Text Captions
You can create explanatory text captions for spreadsheets, barcharts, and network views explaining why formatting was applied to a particular row or cell. The text is displayed when you hover your cursor over the row or cell. - The Select View
The Select View is a special command that enables you to switch from view to view without having to return to the Open Plan Explorer each time you want to change.
