  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

The Select View

The Select View is a special command that enables you to switch from view to view without having to return to the Open Plan Explorer each time you want to change.

This command contains all the View files associated with a selected project, resource, or code file. Since each project can have as many or as few View files as you want, the contents of the Select View command changes from project to project.

If the project is closed when you select a view from the list, the project is automatically opened in its Default mode. If another user already has it open, the project will open in the highest available mode.
