Create a Report Batch

Use this procedure to create a report batch.

To create a report batch:

1. Open the project you want to process, and click Web Publisher on the Tools tab.
   If you do not have a project open at the time you click the command, the Open Plan Web Publisher prompts for a project to open before proceeding.

   After you have selected a project, the Open Plan Web Publisher displays the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box.

2. To see the file name for the views, scroll the list horizontally.
3. To create a new batch, click New, and provide a name for the batch.
4. When you return to the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box, click Views to define the views to include in the batch.
   The Open Plan Web Publisher then displays the Add or Remove Views dialog box.
5. Use the controls in the dialog box to create a list of views to be published with this batch.
6. When you finish defining the views for the batch, click OK to return to the Open Plan Web Publisher dialog box.
