Use the fields and options to configure the Batch Global Edits dialog box.

| Display for |
Use this field to filter the type of data you want to display in the [Results] box. |
| [Results] |
This box displays a list of currently available batches based on your selection in the Display for drop-down list. For example, if you select Activity from the list, the batches that display relate to activities. |
| New |
Click this option or select a batch and press Insert on your keyboard to display the Batch Global Edit Definition dialog box where you can create a new batch global edit. |
| Copy |
Click to create a copy of the batch global edit that you selected in the [Results] box. The Batch Global Edit Definition dialog box displays, allowing you to edit the name and the batch global edit criteria. By default, the name starts with "Copy." |
| Edit |
Click to modify an existing batch global edit. The Batch Global Edit Definition dialog box displays, allowing you to edit the name and batch global edit criteria. |
| Delete |
Click this option or select a batch and press Delete on your keyboard to delete an existing batch global edit. A message displays to confirm that you want to delete the batch global edit that you selected. |
| Apply |
Use this option to apply the edits in the selected batch file to the current file. When you apply the batch, Open Plan verifies that all referenced global edits exist. If there is a missing global edit, a message displays to confirm that you want to continue to apply the batch. If you choose to continue, the batch is applied and the missing global edits are removed from the definition. |
| Close |
Click to close the dialog box without making any changes to the batch global edits. |
