Calculate Resource Progress Automatically

Use the Progress Calculations dialog box to calculate resource progress automatically.

To calculate resource progress automatically:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a project in any view.
2. In the Calculate menu group of the Processes tab, click Progress.
3. In the Progress Calculations dialog box, select the options under Resource Progress.
4. Enter a start date and a finish date for the period covered by the actuals, and click OK.
   Open Plan informs you if an error condition is detected during the session. You can use the Log Viewer to examine the error in the session log.
