  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import MRP Estimate to Complete (ETC) Baseline Data

This procedure allows you to import MRP ETC resource data into the Open Plan ETC Baseline, replacing existing baseline resource data for all activities included in the import.

The MRP data you are importing should match the data in the Open Plan project. Otherwise, an error message displays and the import process stops.

Note: You can only perform the MRP ETC Baseline Import process when there is an active single project opened in Exclusive mode and there are available baselines on the project. In addition, there should only be one instance of Open Plan running on the same machine.

To import MRP ETC Baseline Data:

  1. Open a single project with available baselines in Exclusive mode.
  2. With the project in focus, select the Integration tab.
  3. On the Integration tab, in the Import group, select MRP ETC.
  4. On the MRP ETC Baseline Import dialog box, click the Select File button.
  5. On the Open dialog box, find and select the import file.
    Note: It accepts CSV or any file extension that Open Plan can read as CSV data.
  6. From the ETC Baseline drop-down list, select the ETC Baseline on which the ETC data will be loaded.
    Note: If there is a baseline selected in Open Plan, it displays the selected baseline by default. For multiple baselines, it displays the first baseline in the selected baselines.
  7. Click Import.
