Manage Compensation Plans

Use the Compensation Plans screen to establish your company-wide compensation plans.

You can define each plan's overall compensation structure. You can establish the actual compensation (salary) structure on the Manage Compensation Plan Salary Ranges screen, based on the parameters set up in this screen. Supported plan types are Min-Mid-Max, Quartile, and Step.

Note: Set up this screen as part of your Costpoint initialization.

Enter the required data to create a new compensation plan or use to open an existing record for modification. Click to save all newly entered or modified data.
