Configure Affirmative Action Settings

In the Configure Affirmative Action Settings screen, you can establish high-level choices for operating Costpoint Affirmative Action.

In this screen you can select your default affirmative action plan, select the method to track employment history, and select the word processing package for your affirmative action plan documents.

Enter this information as part of your initial Costpoint Human Resources setup. If you use one affirmative action plan exclusively or frequently, then return to this screen after you set up your affirmative action plan codes and choose that plan code as a default. This will save time in setting up employees and using this particular affirmative action plan.
