Affirmative Action
The Costpoint Affirmative Action module is used to track employees by gender and by ethnic group.
A user-maintained table lists the numeric values of the eight factors that determine under-utilization of groups. This table enables you to perform under-utilization tests separately for minorities and women. Additional reporting capabilities include the EEO-1 Report, the VETS-100 Report, and a report that displays termination figures related to EEO codes.
The Affirmative Action module also includes employee-related reports. These reports provide information on new hires, transfers, promotions, and training.
