Manage Job Categories
From the Manage Job Categories screen you establish job category codes that can be applied to both employee records under the HR Info tab of the Manage Employee Salary Information screen, as well as functional job titles in Costpoint Compensation.
Job categories represent a single job or a set of jobs that are similar in description, compensation and opportunity for advancement.
