Assign Labor Locations Subtask

Use the Assign Labor Locations subtask to link labor locations and companies to a specific affirmative action plan.

You can link a labor location to multiple taxable entities, and multiple labor locations to the same plan.

Note: Before populating this screen and running any subsequent affirmative action plan reports, set up labor location/local ID information in the Labor Rate Controls menu in Costpoint Labor.

Populate this table as part of your Costpoint Human Resources initialization. You must populate it before you can run the Update Employee Affirmative Action Plan utility and before you can run any affirmative action plan reports.

Field	Description
Affirmative Action Plan Code	This field displays the affirmative action plan that you want to link to the selected labor locations and companies. The plan description displays in the field to the right.

Labor Locations

The fields in this group box display all labor location IDs and their respective descriptions from the Manage Labor Locations/Locals screen.

Field	Description
Labor Location	This field displays the labor location ID.
Description	This field displays the labor location description.

Taxable Entities

This group box displays all taxable entity IDs and their respective descriptions.

Field	Description
Taxable Entity	This column displays the taxable entity ID that was established on the Configure Company Information screen.
Name	This field displays the description of the taxable entity.

Selected Labor Locations

To populate the Selected Labor Locations group box, select a row in the Labor Locations group box, and then select a row in the Taxable Entities group box. Click the Select button to display all highlighted labor location/taxable entity row combinations in the Selected Labor Locations group box. To delete a row, select the rows in the Selected Labor Locations group box, and click the Delete button.

Labor Location	This non-editable field displays the labor location selected in the Labor Locations group box.
Labor Location Description	This non-editable field displays the labor location description selected in the Labor Locations group box.
Taxable Entity	This non-editable field displays the taxable entity ID selected in the Taxable Entities group box.
Taxable Entity Name	This non-editable field displays the taxable entity name selected in the Taxable Entities group box.
