View the Entitlements for a Contact

You can view all current and historical entitlements that have been assigned to a contact.

To view the entitlements for a contact:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. On the sidebar, click Absence, and then click the Contacts and Organizations link.
  3. On the Manage Contacts and Organizations screen, click to display all contacts for an organization.
    To filter the list by contact or organization, enter the name in either the Contact or Organization field, and press ENTER.
  4. Click next to the contact's name.
  5. Optional: On the Manage Entitlements screen, use the Current Entitlements Only slider to toggle between viewing current entitlements and all entitlements.

You can also view a contact's entitlements via the Absence tab on their contact record.
