Edit an Entitlement for a Contact

You can edit an entitlement for a contact to update the dates and amount of the entitlement.

To edit an entitlement for a contact:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. On the sidebar, click Absence, and then click the Contacts and Organizations link.
  3. On the Manage Contacts and Organizations screen, click to display all contacts for an organization.
    To filter the list by contact or organization, enter the name in either the Contact or Organization field, and press ENTER.
  4. Click next to the contact's name.
  5. On the Manage Entitlements screen, click for the entitlement that you want to edit.
  6. In the Manage Entitlement dialog box, modify any of the details, as required.
  7. In the Reason field, enter a reason for the update.
  8. Click Update.
