Download a Document

You can download a copy of document to your PC for offline viewing, printing, and sharing with colleagues.

To download a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone, or the Documents tab on an entity record.
  2. Search for the document.
    For information, see Searching for Documents.
  3. Click > Download document.
    Depending on your browser settings, the document is either downloaded to your default download folder, or you are prompted to choose a download location.
