Add Another Instance of a Project Milestone

You can add another instance of certain project milestones. This is useful if a milestone occurs multiple times within the lifecycle of a project.

This option is only available for milestones that are configured to allow multiple instances.

To add another instance of a project milestone:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
  2. Click the Milestones tab.
    If the Milestones tab is not visible on the header band, click more to display additional menu items.
  3. Click .
  4. Click for the milestone event that you want create a new instance for.
  5. In the Create New Event dialog box, click OK to confirm.
    To delete an instance of a project milestone, click .
