Learn about the Document Information dialog box.
When you click a document, or a conversation about a document, the Document Information dialog box slides out. Here you can view information about a document, preview the document, view the conversation and add comments, and view all members that have access to the document. The following tabs are available:

| Summary

Displays information about the document, such as folder location, document number, latest revision, title, originating organization, and who uploaded and last edited the document. To edit the information for the current document, click
Edit. To download the document, click
.

| View
|
Displays a preview of the document. You must have
Enable 3rd part Document Viewers enabled in your profile settings to preview documents.

| Comments
|
Displays all comments for the document. If there are multiple versions of the document, the comments are grouped by document revision, with comments for the most recent revision at the end. You can search for comments by clicking
. To add a comment, enter your comment in the
Comment field at the bottom of the conversation, and click
Send.

| Attachments
|
Displays a list of files that members have added as attachments to comments in the Comments tab. Click an attachment to view it.

| Notes
|
Displays any notes that have been added to the document. To add notes, click
Edit.
|
| People
|
Displays which groups have access to the document. You can click a group to view the members within the group in the Group dialog box. If you have the required privileges, you can also add and remove members from groups.
