Refresh Plaid Connection

If you have recently updated your bank credentials or if your bank has made changes to its infrastructure, Plaid's connection to your bank account may be disconnected. Refresh connection will update the connection while maintaining the history of the transactions already imported through the integration.

To refresh the Plaid connection

  1. From > Setup > Company, click Bank Feed Connection.
  2. Click Refresh Connection.
  3. Click Yes to confirm you want to refresh the Plaid Connection.
  4. Click No to cancel.
