Disconnect Plaid Connection

If you disconnect your Plaid connection, you will need to manually manage your Bank Register. Disconnecting permanently removes the connection between the Ajera bank account and Plaid. Bank Feed functionality will no longer be available in Ajera for this Ajera bank account. Unmatched bank feed items will be deleted. Disconnecting from Plaid does not delete your credentials or data from the Plaid servers. Contact Plaid support to request your data deletion.

To disconnect the Plaid connection

1. From > Setup > Company, click Bank Feed Connection.
2. Click Disconnect.
3. Click Yes to confirm you want to disconnect the Plaid Connection.
4. Click No to cancel.
