Enable the Bank Feed Connection

Enable the bank feed connection to set up the Plaid connection between your bank and the bank account in Ajera. The first time you set this up, you will be prompted to enter a Support Center user name and password as an extra verification step.

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have a Deltek Support Center username and password (first time only).
  • Enable role access to Bank Feed Connection in > SetupCompany > Roles > Company tab (Multi-company: > Setup > Company > CompaniesRolesCompany tab).

To setup bank feed connection

  3. Click Continue to agree to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
Note: You can click the hyperlink to view the full user policy.
  1. Select your bank.
Note: If you do not see your bank in the list, you will need to contact Plaid for further assistance.
  1. Enter your bank username.
  2. Enter your bank password.

  4. Select the accounts you wish to connect to Ajera.

  2. Set the bank feed matching settings.
Note: This number will be used with the non-check payments and receipt dates received from Plaid to compare to the Ajera data. For example, if the number 5 is entered then in the matching logic to compare Plaid to Bank Entries will add and subtract 5 from the date. If the date of the non-check payment in Ajera was 5/15/22 and the number 5 was entered, the match will compare the amount and dates between 5/10/22 and 5/20/22.
