  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

As part of the Essentials and Flex offerings, there are certain SAP Business Objects (BO) capabilities available.

If you want to create a custom universe or update a custom universe in your Maconomy Essentials solution, you will need to upgrade to Maconomy Essentials Flex. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss upgrading to the Maconomy Essentials Flex offering where custom universes are permitted.
