Define Billing Terms

If you'll be using Vantagepoint to create invoices for projects, you can define the project billing terms in Hubs > Projects > Billing Terms.

Use Billing Terms to define how Vantagepoint manages bills for labor, expenses, consultant expenses, fees, and units that have been charged to the project. If your project is divided into multiple WBS levels, you must specify whether the phases or the phases and tasks have separate billing terms or if they use the terms specified at a higher level. For example, one phase of a project could be billed based on time and materials while another phase could be billed based on the percentage complete of a fixed fee. Billing terms for each project are required for invoice generation.
