Belgium Client Listing XML Options

Use these fields to enter the output criteria for the Belgian Client Listing XML tax file that you are creating.

Selections Section

The selections that you make here determine the transactions that are included in the tax file.

Field Description
Use Originating Vendor

This checkbox applies only if the Enable Originating Vendor for Employee Expenses and AP Vouchers option is selected in the Tax Auditing Feature section in Settings > Cash Management > Options in the browser application.

Select this checkbox to generate the tax file based on the originating vendors rather than the real vendors entered for the transactions. Any tax data for the real vendors will instead be applied to the originating vendor that is associated with the transaction. (The Originating Vendor feature is an optional feature that allows you to enter originating vendors for line items for accounts payable vouchers, accounts payable disbursements, and employee expenses that are entered in the Transaction Center, and for expense reports that are entered in Time & Expense.)

Project Select this checkbox to include tax data for a project's invoice transactions in the tax file. Use the Project lookup to select one or more projects whose associated billing clients you want to include in the file. If you check the box and do not make a selection, all projects will be included in the file.
