Requesting Platform Access

This button allows limited time access for those supporting or doing service work for customers.

To request platform access:

  1. Click Request Platform Access.
    The Request Collaborator Access dialog displays.
  2. Specify the Duration (number of days).
  3. Specify the Role.
    It can either be Support or Services.
  4. Enter a Comment/Note.
    A reason for requesting platform access can be entered here.
  5. Click Request Access.
    When approved by a manager account, the access granted lasts only for the duration specified.
