Collaboration Requests

Collaboration requests can either be granted access or revoked.

Note: This feature only displays for manager accounts.
To grant or revoke access for collaboration requests:
  1. Click the Collaboration Requests tab.

  2. Review the customer's collaboration request from the list.

  3. Click either Access or Revoke.

    Note: The access granted lasts only for the duration specified. Revoking cuts that access even if the duration has not lapsed.
