Depending on the search type that you access, you can save a search that either only you can use (view and edit) or all users. All saved searches display when you click beside the Search field or Searches field (or in any form where the search functionality is available).

When you save a search under the Global Searches folder, you make the saved search available for all users to view and use. Only certain users (those whom you give rights), however, can save, edit, and delete the parameter sets.
This is the default selection when you save a search. You can save, edit, and delete parameter sets that you own. Every setting that you save in the Personal Searches is only visible to you. You can create folders below the personal folder to organize your saved settings. The Delete button is enabled when you select a personal search or option, allowing you to delete your own saved settings.
