Use the Action form to assign actions to users of PM Compass.
This serves as the unique key field for each record. PM Compass automatically generates a value for this field, but you can also manually enter it. However, you must ensure that you enter a unique value.
You can edit this field as long as you haven't saved the record yet.
Enter a title for the Action.
You can no longer edit this field after you save the record unless the Action does not use a workflow.
Select the end date for the Action's completion.
Select the level of urgency for the Action.
Click to select a project code. The Project Search dialog box displays.
Click to select a control account for the Action. The Control Account Search dialog box displays.
Enter an explanation to describe the nature of the Action.
Click to select a user to whom you want to assign the Action, or click to select a group.
Enter information on how you completed the Action or any information on the task being performed.
