Assign an Action

Use this procedure to assign an Action to a user.

To assign an Action:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Workflows » To Do » Action Item.

  2. In the List View, perform one of the following steps:

  3. In the Assigned to field, click to select a user to whom you want to assign the Action, or click to select a group.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Start Workflow. The list of assignees you enter receive email and dashboard alerts after you start the workflow.

PM Compass automatically saves the action you enter when you start the workflow steps.
