Create an Actions on CAR Workflow
You can create an Actions
on CAR workflow in two ways:
On the Navigation menu,
click Workflows » Contractual Nonconformity
» Actions on CAR » New » New Workflow
On the Corrective
Action Request form, click New
» New Child Workflow.
To create the Actions on CAR from the Navigation
menu:
On the Navigation menu,
click Workflows » Contractual Nonconformity
» Action on CAR to display the List View for all Actions on
CAR workflows.
On the form
toolbar, click New » New Workflow.
If the Workflow
Type Search dialog box displays, select the Actions on CAR workflow
type.
In the grid, either select
Actions on CAR and click Select or double-click Actions
on CAR.
On the General tab of the
Actions on CAR form,
enter the required information.
Click 
Edit in the Description of
Nonconformity grid and specify the details.
Click
Edit in the CAM Resolution/Proposed
Correction action grid and specify the corrective action.
On the form toolbar, click
Start a Workflow to submit
the Actions on CAR.
