Cost Actions Summary Dialog Box

This dialog provides you with a summary of your selections in the Cost Actions dialog box grid. For example, it may show you that 3 work packages will be deleted, 2 work packages will be replannned, and 0 work packages will move.

When you click Finish, PM Compass executes the processes. PM Compass performs the processes in the following order:

If you click Back and you selected Replan on the Cost Actions dialog box, PM Compass closes this dialog box and displays the Replan Options dialog box. If you did not select Replan, PM Compass displays the Cost Actions dialog box.

Finish

Click to close the dialog box and execute the processes. PM Compass sends you an email when the processes are complete.

You can view the Cost Actions Summary dialog box from the Workflows Form View and the Model Changes Form View.

To view the Cost Actions Summary dialog box from the Workflow Form View:

On the Navigation menu, click Workflows » <change management workflow category>.
In the List view, select an existing workflow that has not started or has a New or In Review status, or create a new workflow that includes Change Details and click Form View.
On the Form View toolbar, click Processes » Cost Actions.

After you make your selections and click Next, if you selected Replan for any record, PM Compass displays the Replan Options dialog box. If you didn't select Replan for any records, or after you click Next on the Replan dialog box, PM Compass displays the Cost Actions Summary dialog box.

To view the Cost Actions Summary dialog box from the Model Changes Form View:

On the Navigation menu, click Model Changes » Model Changes.
On the List view toolbar, click Form View.
On the Form View toolbar, click Processes » Cost Actions.
