Use this search dialog box to select a budget/forecast baseline in the schedule that represents the approved project budget/forecast. When creating a change request, the requested amount is calculated by finding the difference between what is stored in this baseline compared to what is in the change request. When the change request is approved, the requested amount is merged into this baseline.
This field is read-only and displays Standard.
After changing the information on the dialog box, you must click this button to populate the list box of results.
From the drop-down list of this field, select one of the following options:
Baseline — Select this option to filter the search results by the baseline name.
Description — Select this option to filter the search results by the baseline description.
After selecting the field, click the Search button to populate the list box with results.
Use this text box to enter a value for which to search.
This grid displays the search results after you define your filter criteria and click Search.
This field displays the total number of records that are available in the result set of the search.
Select a record on the grid and click this button to display the selected record in the Budget/Forecast Baseline field.
Click this button to exit the dialog box.
Click this button to display the help topic for the search dialog box.
