The Export Files tab of the Schedule Export form allows you to specify the file names of the export files, and to specify the fields that are included in the export file. PM Compass supports the export Activity and Resource Assignment data only.

This group box contains the following options and fields:
Activity data is required for exporting. Thus, this option is always selected but disabled.
Select this option to create a resource assignment export file. Selecting this option enables both the File Contains a Header Row and the Field button for Resource Assignments. By default, this is not selected.
Select this option if you want Deltek PM Compass to create column headers in the export file. By default, this option is not selected.
Click this button to save the schedule export file in a location to which you or the process server has access. Clicking this button displays the Activity Data dialog box. PM Compass supports the following file formats:
CSV
XLS
XLSX
You need to provide the file name and location of the schedule export file that you are going to create. Clicking this button displays Activity Data dialog box for Activity Data or the Resource Assignments dialog box for Resource Assignments, both of which have features of the standard Save As dialog box.
Click this button to select a field that you want to include. Clicking this button displays the Field Picker dialog box for Activity Data or Resource Assignments.
