Specify the Assignee and Approver for Progress Entries

Use the Progress tab of the System Settings form to specify the assignees and approvers for each level of the assignment mapping hierarchy for progress entries.

To specify the assignee and approver for progress entries:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป System Settings.

    The System Settings form displays.

  2. Click the Progress tab.

  3. To select an assignee for a hierarchy level, click in the Assignee column.

    The Field Selection dialog box displays.

  4. Select the assignee then click OK.

    The System Settings form displays.

  5. To select an approver for a hierarchy level, click in the Approver column.

    The Field Selection dialog box displays.

  6. Select the approver then click OK.

  7. Click Save.
