Use this dialog box to assign a resource and value to an activity or work package. This is only used for an unapproved class or a class associated with the change request.
Enter the additional resource, or click Search to display the Resource Search dialog box and select a resource.
The information used in the resource search dialog box comes from your cost system (Cobra) or from the Open Plan resource file. It lists the resources of the resource file of the project. It is also filtered to those resources that has calculations.
This field defaults to the class associated with the workflow. If you are adding a new resource assignment to an activity in the Time-phased view of the Change Details view, this field displays the change number of the change request.
This field displays the base unit of the resource selected from the resource field above.
Enter the total number of units (not available percentage) that you want to assign to the resource. For example, enter 40 hours to represent working on an activity full-time for a week.
