Approval Workflow Email Messages
On the Approval Workflow Email Messages screen, you can create text templates for approval workflow email notifications.
Pre-existing templates are available on this screen, but you can create custom templates and assign them to your approval workflows. Create templates to define the notification messages, instructions, and approval entity values displayed in regular and interactive email notifications.
To define a custom template, click New and enter values in all the screen fields, or click Copy to duplicate the default templates and enter your changes in the desired fields.

You can approve workflow activities through email using any device capable of receiving email messages and has Internet browsing enabled. - Approval by Interactive Email
Interactive email notifications for workflows allow recipients to approve, deny, comment on, and escalate a workflow activity directly from Microsoft Outlook. Interactive Email technology is currently supported only by the Microsoft product suite. Administrators can enable interactive email notifications in Configure System Settings.
