Audit Tab

Use the fields on this tab to enable the capture of historical information for leave, floor checks, and timesheet corrections.

Field Description
Save Floor Check Audit Information

Select this to enable capture of daily floor check results for auditing purposes.

If you leave this check box clear, a related Save Audit Information check box located under Notifications in the Daily Floor Check report is unchecked and disabled.

When this check box is selected, backend tables store key details, which populate the Audit Floor Check History Report.

Save Leave Request Information

Select this to enable capture of leave requests for auditing purposes.

When this check box is selected, new backend tables store key details, capture leave information entered in Timesheets and Work Schedule.

The details are accessed from the Audit-Leave Request Information Report.

Save Timesheet Correction Audit Information

Select this to enable capture of timesheet correction requests for auditing purposes.

When this check box is selected, new backend tables store key details gathered when Timesheet Correction requests are submitted from Timesheet or Timesheet Correction Status.

The details are accessed from the Audit - Timesheet Correction Information (available in version 2026.1).
