  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this subtask to view the training information for an employee.

Field Description
Training This field displays the training code.
Training Description

This field displays the description of the training code you specified.

CEU Credits This field displays the Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits for the training code.
CEU Credits Earned This field displays the CEU credits earned by the vendor employee from the training.
Training Source This field displays the training source code.
Training Source Description This field displays the description of the training source code you specified.
Start Date This field displays the start date of the training.
End Date This field displays the end date of the training.
Years of Experience

This field displays the number of years of experience for the training.

Internal/External This field displays the source of the training, either Internal or External.
Last Renewal Date

This field displays the last renewal date for the training associated with the vendor employee.

Expiration Date

This field displays the expiration date of the training received by the vendor employee.
