Use this subtask to view the security clearance codes of the vendor employee.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Security Clearance System ID | This field displays the security clearance system ID. The unlabeled field to the right displays the description of your selection. |
| Level | This field displays the level of the security clearance system ID of the vendor employee. |
| SCI | This checkbox is selected if the security clearance system ID applies to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Otherwise, this checkbox is not selected. |
| SAP | This checkbox is selected if the security clearance system ID applies to Special Access Program (SAP). Otherwise, this checkbox is not selected. |
| Issuing Agency | This field displays the name of the agency that issued the security clearance. |
| Requested Date | This field displays the requested date of the security clearance. |
| Effective Date | This field displays the effective date of the security clearance. |
| Expiration Date | This field displays the expiration date of the security clearance. |
| Reinvestigation Date | This field displays the reinvestigation date for the security clearance. |
| Investigation By | This field displays the investigation service provider. |
| Investigation Type | This field displays the type of investigation conducted. |
| Investigation Date | This field displays the investigation date. |
