Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this subtask to view details about the vendor employee's company property.

Field Description
Item

This field displays the Item ID.

Quantity

This field displays the number of items issued.

Ownership

This group box indicates if the item is company issued or customer furnished.

Field Description
Company Issued

This option indicates that the item is company-issued.

Customer Furnished

This option indicates if the item is customer-furnished.

Issue Date

This field displays the date of issuance for the item.

Return Date

This field displays the return date for the item.

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse where the item is stored.

Stock Number

This field displays the stock number for the item.

Other

This field displays additional notes about the property.

Fixed Assets Information

Note: The Fixed Assets Information group box may or may not be visible based on your Costpoint license.
Field Description
Asset No

This field displays the valid asset number.

Item No

This field displays the asset item number.

Manufacturer

This field displays the manufacturer ID for the fixed asset.

Model No

This field displays the model number for the fixed asset. You can edit this field if you are licensed for Costpoint Fixed Assets.

Serial No

This field displays the serial number for the fixed asset.
