Layout Options
Use the Layout Options feature on the Context Menu to customize your application view, including saving or resetting layouts, arranging table columns, and toggling screen controls.
| Field | Description |

| Layout for [Application Name] | This displays which application's layout is currently being customized. |
| Current Layout | Click Save to save your current layout configuration. Click Reset to revert the application layout to its default settings. |
| Active Lookup Layout | Click Save to save the currently active Lookup layout. If Save layout automatically on close is enabled, the layout is saved automatically when you close the Lookup window. Click Reset to discard any unsaved layout changes and restore the default Lookup layout. Note: The Lookup window must be open to use this setting. |
| Save layout automatically on close | Select this checkbox to save the application layout within your user profile when you close the application. |
| Arrange Table Columns | Select this item to open the Arrange Table Columns dialog box, where you can move a selected column up or down using the arrows in the Order column. Enter the number of columns you will lock when you scroll to the right in the Freezed columns field. |
| Show/Hide Screen Controls | Select this item to open the Show/Hide Screen Controls dialog box, where you can choose to display or hide screen controls such as input text fields, checkboxes, combo boxes, radio buttons, group boxes, labels, screen tabs, subtask links, table/form, query, and records selected. You can also right-click a field or screen control name and then click Show/Hide Screen Controls to display the dialog box. |
