Project Information Subtask

Use the Project Information subtask to establish crew, project, and foreman information.

Use this subtask as part of your initial setup.

Table Window

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, the project ID for this union profile. The project selected must have the Active check box selected on the Basic Info tab of the Manage Project User Flow.

Project Name

The project name displays from the main screen when you enter the project ID.

Apply to Project's Lower Level

Select the check box in this column to have the fringe cost applied to the project's lower levels. If you do not select this check box, the fringe cost is applied only at the top level.

Certified Payroll
Select this check box if this project is an established certified payroll.
Note: You can view this check box if your company has a Costpoint Payroll license.
Crew

Enter, or click to select, the crew ID to be used for this union profile.

Crew Name

The crew name displays when you enter the crew ID.

Crew Chief

The crew chief ID displays from the main screen when you enter the crew ID, but you can change it if necessary. This is a required field.

Crew Chief Name

The crew chief name displays when the crew chief ID is entered.

Foreman

Enter, or click to select, the foreman ID for this union profile.

Foreman Name

The foreman name defaults into this field when you enter the foreman ID.

W/H State

Enter, or click to select, the withholding state for this union profile.

W/H Locality
Enter, or click to select, the withholding locality for this union profile.
Note: You can view this check box if your company has a Costpoint Payroll license.
