Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Assigned Subcontracts Subtask

Use this subtask to view the subcontract records that use the subcontract closeout format. Closeout formats are assigned to a subcontract record through the Subcontract Closeout tab of the Manage Subcontracts screen.

Field Description
Subcontract ID

This field displays the ID of the subcontract the closeout format is assigned to. The subcontract ID displays as a hyperlink that you can click to open the Manage Subcontracts screen and access additional information about the subcontract record.

If you do not have the rights to access Manage Subcontracts and you click this link, Costpoint displays an error message.

Subcontract Name This field displays the subcontract name.
Status This field displays the status of the subcontract.
Start Date This field displays the subcontract start date.
End Date This field displays the subcontract end date.
