Ajera password requirements
All employees must have a password that meets the Ajera password requirements. Ajera SaaS customers passwords expire after 120 days. When a password expires the employee will be prompted to enter a new password when logging in.
For on-premise customers Ajera passwords expiration can be defined. You set your password expiration in Company > Preferences on the System Settings tab.
Administrators can reset an Employee’s password, in Setup > Employees and the next time the employee logs in they will be prompted to enter a new password. Users can change their own password through Setup > Utility > Change Password.

Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters
- Have a least one upper case letter
- Have a least one lower case letter
- Contain a number
- Contain a special character
- Not be a common password, dictionary, or disallowed word (ex. 1234, Deltek, Ajera, etc.)
- Not be one of the last 12 previously used passwords
- Not contain user's first name
- Not contain user's last name
- Not contain the login email
- Not contain the login username
