Accrual Pay Balance report

Use this report to see how many hours are available on accrued pays, such as vacation and sick.
For an accrual pay, the report lists the hours accrued, hours used, and current balance. You can summarize information by pay, supervisor, department, or employee and then drill down to an employee’s paycheck.
Hours used do not include hours entered or moved to the direct section of the timesheet to an overhead project.
This report includes information entered for accrual pays on an employee’s paid paycheck with a date on or before the Period As Of date that you select.

Option |
Description |

Company |
Multi-company only. The report contains information for all companies in your organization, unless you select a specific company in this field. |
Period As of date |
The report contains year-to-date information for today’s date, unless you select a different date in this field. |
Pay |
The report contains information for the pays you set up with a type of Accrual. To view only one specific pay, select it from the list. |
After changing report options, click (Refresh).

Sorts the report by pay, supervisor, department, or employee. |
Limit by |
Prints only information for the employee who is producing the report or for employees associated with the supervisor who is producing the report. You can also print all employees by No limit. |
Employee status |
Prints active, inactive, or all employees. |
Employee order |
Sorts employees by first name or last name. |
Use drilldown |
If selected, you can drill down to further detail on the report. If cleared, all information, including the lowest level of detail, prints on the report. |
Print customize options on report |
If selected, it prints a list of the report options that you select. |
