Closing a purchase order

Not available in ajeraCore or ajeraCore + add-ons

To close a purchase order

  1. From Manage > Purchase Orders or from the Purchase Order task widget, click on the purchase order you want to close.
  2. On the Status column, click the drop down and select Closed.
Note: When a purchase order is closed, you cannot add items to it or apply it to a vendor invoice.
