Display the Prospect Card (Resource Information Card) from Resources

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can display the prospect card from Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To display the prospect card (resource information card) from Resources:

1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
2. In the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Prospect as your filter.
3. In the grid, select a prospect.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the prospect card (resource information card), if it is not already displayed.
