- Activity Card
The activity card provides information about pipeline activities such as the activity type and the resource, contact, schedule, company, pipeline, and employee associated with the activity. You can also use the activity card to add activities to your calendar or to mark them as done. - Prospect Card
The prospect card enables you to manage client-and prospect-related information and activities, such as updating client or prospect information, adding pipelines and pipeline activities, viewing pipeline logs, and organizing documents, emails, and conversations. - Pipeline Card
The pipeline card enables you to view and modify information about pipelines, such as the pipeline status, stage, rating, start date, and expected net and gross revenues. The contact card enables you to manage contact information and settings for resources such as clients, prospects, companies, employees, and suppliers. These include the job, job team, and contact access settings, profiles, optional fields, custom and interest codes, and default job settings. You can also manage emails, conversations, and documents, and view the tasks, jobs, and pipelines that contacts are on from the contact card. - Pipelines
The Pipelines module enables you to manage pipeline-related activities, settings, and information. In this module, you can convert pipelines to jobs, update pipeline information, add pipeline activities and budget shares, define pipeline dimensions, view pipeline logs, and manage pipeline-related documents, emails, and conversations. - Clients & Prospects List
The Clients & Prospects List module enables you to add prospects to WorkBook. In this module, you can also add new pipeline activities, deactivate resources, and display the prospect card where you can perform client - and prospect-related tasks. - My Activities
The My Activities module enables you to monitor the pipeline activities assigned to you. In this module, you can also add new pipeline activities, add the next activity, update activity information, and display the prospect card where you can perform client - and prospect-related tasks. - 12-Month Summary Forecast
The 12-Month Summary Forecast module enables you to view the projected payment plans, approved price quotes, and work-in-progress (WIP) postings for the next 12 months. It also displays the month-by-month breakdown of jobs and pipeline projects. - Resource Search
The Resource Search module enables you to filter or perform searches based on prospect and activity data. For example, if you want to meet with prospects over a round of golf, you can set up a search criteria that will return a list of prospects whose interests include golf. - All Activities
The All Activities module enables you to monitor all pipeline activities. In this module, you can also add new pipeline activities, add the next activity, update activity information, and display the prospect card where you can perform client - and prospect-related tasks. - Pipeline Log
