Hide Selected Vacation Year Records

To use the Holidays and absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To hide a selected vacation year record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  3. On the Vacation Year tab, highlight the vacation year record you want to hide and then select the Hide Period checkbox.
  4. If you want to show the vacation year record, unselect the Lock Period checkbox.
